Zayn had meetings with lawyers, record company executives and accountants about his desire to quit the chart-topping boyband.

But ultimately it was his mum’s guidance that sealed the decision that has rocked the pop world.And not long after,Zayn is already planning his next music career – as a concert promoter in Ibiza.

A source revealed: “Zayn is incredibly close to his mum. She has been his guiding light and he respects her incredibly.

Kathy Griffin quits Fashion Police.

Just days after Kelly Osbourne quit E!’s Fashion Police, Kathy Griffin has gone ahead and done the exact same thing.

“I discovered that my style does not fit with the creative direction of the show and now it’s time to move on,” Griffin posted on twitter today.
The comedian took over for Joan Rivers following the latter’s death in September of last year.

Her resignation comes amidst heavy criticism of the show, sparked by co-host Giuliana Rancic getting slammed for making inappropriate comments about Zendaya Coleman’s dreadlocks at the 2015 Academy Awards.

“When I chose to step into the shoes of my beloved Joan Rivers…I was thrilled to continue her legacy as a woman being brash and eccentric on television,” Griffin added.

I am a freedom-loving female and gay rights activist who loves to find the funny in all people, attitudes, beliefs, and appearances, but only when the context permits intelligent humor.

“My brand of humor, while unrepentant and unafraid, is all about CONTEXT…Listen, I am no saint…But I do not want to use my comedy to contribute to a culture of unattainable perfectionism and intolerance towards difference.”

Griffin thanked her supporters, stating that she wants to “help women, gay kids, people of color and anyone who feels underrepresented to have a voice and a LAUGH!”

She concluded by saying she hopes to “continue to make you all laugh performing live or on television where I can be smart, irreverent, unrepentant and unafraid in an observational way that is candid, honest, and justified.”
